Our list of courses can be found here. This course will be provided as stated, but we will modify our offer to your preferences and provide a course tailored to your needs.

Payment

Apart from our secure online payment, you can settle invoices via bank transfer to our account stated in your invoice.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

​

Rescheduling and cancellations will only be processed if we receive the request at least 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson.

Cancellation of a course

​

According to UK law, you have the right to cancel a contract within a given period of time. If you wish to cancel a course, you must inform us within 14 days after having booked the course. We accept cancellations through email sent to info@multilingualiam.com.

In order to allow us to return paid sums to you, we ask you kindly to state your bank details.
